The institute offers a variety of services and runs many different programs as shown below:

Services:

• A standardized English placement testing service for English programs and for admission to bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate programs via three Testing Centers at South Campus, Tuol Tompoung Campus, and North Campus.
• An online English placement test via https://www.puctesting.online/
  
• An annual Undergraduate Admission Test (UAT) for newly graduated high school students from all over Cambodia to be eligible for PUC scholarships from Dr. Kol Pheng, the Founding Father and President of PUC.
• Consulting and administrative services for study abroad programs and the 2+2 Program, a partnership program by PUC and UC (University of Canberra, Australia) which allows students to study the first two years at PUC and continue the last two years at UC, and to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Canberra, Australia.
• A lab service for the practice of IELTS and TOEFL tests, and to improve academic English. The Professional Development and Training Lab also offers IELTS mock tests every term.
• Official IELTS Test Registration Service for IDP Cambodia

Programs:

• Professional English Program (PEP) offering 4 levels of part-time English programming which prepares students for IELTS testing for study abroad, scholarships, and for improving their English proficiency (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing Skills) to be used in the workplace. • Academic English Support Program (AESP) offering 4 levels of part-time academic English program which helps students to learn English for university studies. • University English Program (UEP) offering 3 levels of full time academic English program through which students can learn very quickly English language to use at university. The program accepts students who have NO English proficiency. They can study UEP at the same time as their bachelor’s or associate’s programs. Upon successful completion of UEP, students will get a Diploma of University English and can continue to study IELTS preparation courses at PUC PDT Center. • PUC SPEL (Special Premier English Laboratory), which is a computer-based English learning program offered in addition to regular English classroom learning. The program is available at Tuol Tompoung Campus West Campus, and Tuol Kork Campus.
• PUC SPEL Online, which is a program created by PUC’s finest and top native English instructors, aimed at helping PUC and non-PUC students to study English conveniently via computer and smart phones. The program also provides online-and-phone-based technical support to students so that they can learn English online effectively and efficiently.
