PUC is proud to announce that Mr. Noun Sinh, a first year student at the South Campus, won first prize in the Microsoft Office Specialist National Championship.  The competition focused on excellence in information technology mainly in Microsoft Office (Microsoft World, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) and a test of English for International Communication.  The award ceremony was held May 19th at the Cambodia Japan Cooperation Center, Royal University of Phnom Penh.

Mr. Sinh will proudly represent Cambodia and PUC at the international level during the final round to be held in Disney World, Orlando, Florida, USA from 7 to 10 August 2016.  The competition was open to individuals between the ages of 13 to 22.
