On May 6, 2016, three practitioners of Mahayana Buddhist from Bliss and Wisdom Buddhist Foundation headed by Mrs. Leslie Lin visited Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) to explore the possibility of cooperation between the two institutions.

During the visit of PUC, the delegates also went to some places in Cambodia such as hospital, high school, companies, organization, and other places which they were able to provide help.  The delegates also intended to visit Cambodia every year as long as they can do.
