On January 12, 2015, Delegates from Zhengzhou University, China visited Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) to explore collaboration possibilities. 

Prof. Kieng Rotana, Vice President for University Relations & Student Affairs, briefly introduced PUC to the delegates. In return, Dr. Zhaochun Yin, Director of International Liaison Office School of International Education at Zhengzhou University, delivered a few remarks concerning his intention to cooperate with PUC in many areas, especially civil engineering, business, and e-commerce.

Both parties are planning to have an agreement very soon after the meetings complete.
