Four universities in Guizhou, China officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) during their educational fair at Institute of Royal Academy, Phnom Penh.

It was noted that Guizhou has done its educational fair which brought more than twenty universities in its province to Cambodia twice. This year was very special because many universities have already prepared to present their institution. As a result an agreement was successfully made.

It was a great honor that PUC was one selected university in the list of international collaboration with those universities in China including Qiannan Normal College for Nationalities, Kaili University, Guiyang University, and Guizhou University.

The agreement was summarized into the following

• Exchange students, educators, faculty members and researchers
• Join research project, conference, and seminar
• Exchange information and publication
