Dr. Fred Clark, Vice President of Bridgewater State University (BSU), USA visited Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) to re-execute the agreement between both universities which has been in effect since 2012.

“PUC and BSU have a lot of similar courses and a vision for nation building, human resources, community services, liberal arts, leadership, and many others areas,” addressed Dr. Clark in his welcoming remarks.

Both parties agreed to broaden the agreement in order to make it even more vibrant and comprehensive including a proposed 7 week program of community service and other exchange programs.
