On February 26, 2015, two Delegates from Zhejiang University visited Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) to explore the possibility of signing Memorandum of Understanding between the two universities.
“Cambodia and China have a strong relationship in almost every sector; however, the educational sector is still under-developed,” said Prof. Wang Li, Dean of International College. He wants to promote education between the two countries much more; especially with PUC whose quality is at the top. Both universities agreed to work on an exchange program—short-term study leaves for students to pursue their education either at the undergraduate or graduate level.
Zhejiang University is one of the top three universities in China, located in the coastal city of Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang Province, 180 km from Shanghai.
