Last Saturday November 2^nd, Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) signed an MOU with XinYang Normal University (XYNU), China.

“I hope this agreement will benefit the two universities to further work together,” said Dr. Chea San Chanthan, PUC Chancellor.
