Delegates from The University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) visited Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) to discuss possible cooperation between the two universities.

The delegates opened their talk with  a brief introduction about the university and its programs. Then they discussed  community service learning. Students from each university could learn about community learning of each country. UCO plans to send 5 undergraduates or graduates to PUC and PUC will send some students to UCO as well.

The University of Central Oklahoma, is a public university located in Edmond, Oklahoma. The university is the third largest in Oklahoma, with almost 20,000 students and approximately 434 full-time and 400 adjunct faculty. UCO was founded in 1890. It was one of the first institutions of higher learning, and one of the oldest universities in the southwest region of the United States of America.

UCO offers over 135 degree options: associate degree, bachelor, master, certificate, non-degree pre-professional program. Students can choose to study different majors in business, education and professional study, fine arts and design, liberal arts, mathematic and science,
