Eighty English teachers were awarded certificates of outstanding teaching performance with Paññāsātra University of Cambodia. The top 5 among the 80 awardees were Mr. Sok San, Ms. Touch Rattana, Ms. Lona Cave, Ms. So Ratanak, and Mr. Ny Veasna.

The criteria for the award includes student evaluations plus scores achieved by each class at the end of term. Dr. Korm Ribaun, Dean of PUC-IFL said that these methods really affect teaching performance of individual teachers if they are good teacher for the students. Apart from this, Dr. Korm addressed the upcoming class for the unsuccessful students during their first exam in the IEAP level “ PUC is going to organize  a supplementary class for students who have low scores and for those who are falling behind after class.” If the teachers identify any students in these cases above, the management will deal with the student directly. The class will be conducted on Saturday morning from 8:00 – 11:00. Dr. Korm encouraged all the teachers to work with PUC for the commitment to the success in his closing remark.
