On July 02^nd, 2013, Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia met delegate from Yunnan University of Finance and Economic. to sign MOU between the two universities.

The delegate from Yunnan University consisted of Professor Jin Guoxin (Director of International Education Center), Dr. Chen Shunfeng (Assistant Director of International Education Center), and Mr. Fang Ziyu (Assistant Director of International Education Center) with PUC top management team in South Campus:

  -  Prof.  Kieng Rotana, Vice-president for University Relations & Student Affairs

  -  Mr. Hem Bonarin, Associate Dean of APO

  -  Prof. Chiv Ratha, Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics

  -  Mr. Justin Dara Op, Special Assistant to the President

  -  Mr. Long Kimheng, Director of International Study Program

In addition to the meeting, Ms. Sroy Socheath, Director of Campus Administration and Special Events toured the delegate for their visiting.
